Worked at Jamba Juice during a period of internal investigation involving identity theft and financial misconduct by a store manager. Provided support in documentation review and risk mitigation efforts, contributing to the resolution of the case and the implementation of improved operational protocols. This early engagement helped shape my approach to ethical consulting and operational integrity.

• Operational Risk & Ethics Support: Assisted with internal review during a criminal investigation involving identity theft and cash theft by a store manager, contributing to documentation protocols and ethical oversight.
• Sanitation Audit & Compliance Review: Conducted a sanitation audit to identify hygiene and safety violations, offering recommendations aligned with food service standards and local health regulations.
• HR Assistance & Staff Protocols: Provided informal HR support during the investigation, including guidance on staff documentation, reporting procedures, and internal communication strategies.
• Customer Data Handling Protocols: Advised on secure handling of customer and employee information to reduce exposure to identity-related risks and improve compliance with privacy standards.
• Early Consulting Experience: This engagement marked one of the earliest examples of my consulting work, shaping my long-term approach to integrity, documentation, and operational accountability.
