Provided strategic recommendations to modernize the brand, enhance menu appeal, and improve local engagement. Played a key role in identifying missed opportunities and aligning offerings with evolving consumer preferences.
- Catering Strategy & Brand Modernization: Recommended menu adjustments and branding updates to support future catering opportunities and better align with local consumer demand.
- Consumer Assessment & Menu Strategy: Conducted a local consumer assessment and provided recommendations for modifying both menu design and offerings to reflect evolving dietary preferences.
- Local Market Positioning: Identified a missed opportunity in the restaurant’s absence from Tahoe City’s Oktoberfest and proposed a framework for greater involvement in local cultural events.
- Health-Conscious Menu Adaptation: Observed a trend toward healthy, vegan, and dairy-free options at local fairs and advised the restaurant to highlight existing dishes and consider expanding such offerings.
