Consulted with Bavarian World, a long-standing German restaurant and bakery in Reno, Nevada, to support revitalization efforts focused on staffing, branding, and revenue diversification. Provided strategic recommendations for operational modernization and community engagement, helping lay the groundwork for long-term growth despite limited implementation of proposed changes.

• Operational Transition Support: Focused efforts on laying the groundwork for long-term modernization, despite the business ultimately not implementing the full range of proposed adaptations.
• Hiring Strategy & Culinary Modernization: Assisted the owner in recruiting a new head chef and baker, emphasizing candidates who could modernize the menu and operations.
• Revenue Expansion Concepts: Proposed alternative business strategies to increase revenue, including expanding evening entertainment to feature modern German music and inviting more live bands to utilize the venue’s large stage.
• Branding & Space Utilization: Identified untapped potential in the venue’s large dance stage and recommended small branding changes to reposition the space for broader community engagement.
